Open House Studio Classes
Our Mindfulness studio incorporates timber flooring, far infrared heating panels, chromotherapy lighting design, and high-quality yoga mats, cushions, and props. Our studio places value on comfort and relaxation when practicing mindfulness.

The Breath Series
A 4-week journey designed to encourage healing, revitalisation, and a sense of community through breathwork.
This series features four experienced breathwork facilitators, each bringing their unique approach to guide you through a weekly pranayama breathwork session. Over the course of the series, you’ll connect more deeply with your body, release emotional blockages, calm the mind and connect with yourself, and the breath.

Vitamin Infusion with Skin Collective
Vitamin IV therapy offers a range of benefits, including enhanced hydration, improved nutrient absorption, and a boost in energy levels. It supports immune function with high doses of antioxidants like Vitamin C, promotes healthier skin, and aids in quicker recovery from physical exertion or illness. Additionally, it can improve mental clarity and support detoxification processes, making it a versatile option for overall wellness.

In this class, you’ll be guided through various breathing patterns, incorporating longer counts and holds. Ideal for those with a regular breathwork practice, this session offers a chance to push the depth and length of your breath. It will help you enter a deeper meditative state while also promoting relaxation throughout the body.
