House Rules
Inviting Guests to the House
A member’s guests may not enter the House without that member being present.
Members may not be separated from their guests within the House or allow their
guests to remain in the House when they leave. Members are responsible for ensuring
their guests follow all House rules and policies.
Please notify the concierge (in person or via email) when you are expecting a guest so
that they can greet them at the door. If a guest would like to tour the wellbeing facilities,
please ask the concierge to guide this as guests are not permitted downstairs without
a wellbeing day pass.
All members are kindly asked to register expectant guests in advance through the
concierge via email at concierge@vitalityhouse.com.au
Mobile Phones
To support a mindful and creative atmosphere within the House, members may not
take or make phone calls, and phones should be set to silent mode. Texting is
permitted and calls may be made in designated areas within the House, including
phone booths, quiet rooms, and booked meeting spaces.
Audio/Video Sound
Movies, videos, songs, internet calls, presentations, and all other audio must only be
played through headphones and should not be audible to any other member or guest
present. Internet calls must only take place in designated areas.
Cameras/Recording Devices
No cameras, video, or other recording devices, whether live-streaming or otherwise
and whether on a mobile phone or other medium, may be used while in the House.
Members are responsible for ensuring their guests also abide by this rule.

Please arrive prior to class start time and when entering the studio remove your shoes
and keep conversation to a minimum out of respect for other members' experience.
